Echo 969, a square format, acrylic abstract painting by Bill Tomsa, features the letter E which in the NATO phonetic alphabet is represented by the word "echo" and the number 969 among a veil of color. The veil is a symbol of the pre-enlightened state, hidden knowledge, secrecy, and illusion echoed in this painting. The "angel number 969" has a significant meaning.
