This color photograph, titled "Neither Snow Nor Rain" by Bill Tomsa, was taken on a very cold winter's day reinforcing the idea and spirit behind the Postal Service Motto-"Neither snow nor rain nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

After 2 years at SUNY on Long Island and 4 years active duty in the United State Marines, I enrolled and studied Graphic Design, at Rochester Institute of Technology in upstate New York. Afterwards I held several design positions and was the Art Director for an affiliate network TV station for 12 years. In the late 1990s I shifted my focus to my fine art career and photography. My paintings have been juried into and won awards in competitions and group shows in Maine and Arizona. Besides being a former Vice President of the Scottsdale Artist League in the late 90s, I am also a past member of the Sebascodeagan Artists in Maine, the Boothbay Regional Arts Foundation in Maine, and the Sonoran Arts League in Cave Creek, Arizona as well as...
